Walla Walla Toyota Awards and Recognition: President's Award, TIME Dealer of the Year Nomination & Local Honors

The facade of Walla Walla Toyota in Walla Walla, WA

Four consecutive Toyota President's Awards. A national TIME Dealer of the Year nomination tied to our family. A nod from local readers heading into 2026. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. has validated this pattern year after year, and it's why customers keep pointing to Walla Walla Toyota when they talk about dealerships that actually deliver. If you'd rather see what that track record looks like on the lot than read about it, you can always contact our team directly.

Walla Walla Toyota's Award-Winning Reputation in the Walla Walla Valley

Walla Walla Toyota has built its name on more than inventory and location. What sets us apart in the Walla Walla Valley is consistency in how customers get treated, whether they're buying a first car or bringing one in for routine maintenance. That consistency shows up in independent recognition, not just marketing claims. CARFAX reports that verified customers rate our dealership 4.9 out of 5 stars across 30+ reviews, and general sentiment from Capital One Auto Navigator reviews echoes that our service department goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer who walks through the doors. Awards from Toyota itself, a national nomination, and local honors all point in the same direction.

Toyota President's Award: A Four-Year Streak of Excellence

The Toyota President's Award isn't handed out for popularity. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. awards it to dealerships that hit specific, measurable performance standards year after year.

What the President's Award Recognizes

The award evaluates dealerships primarily on Customer Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Satisfaction, the two qualifying categories every winner must clear. Beyond that baseline, Toyota also weighs Sales Satisfaction, Service Satisfaction, Market Share Attainment, Vehicle Delivery Excellence, and Employee Training and Certification.

In plain terms, Toyota checks whether our sales team communicates honestly, whether our technicians are properly trained and certified, and whether customers leave satisfied after both a purchase and a service visit. For someone shopping at our dealership, that means fewer surprises during the buying process and a service lane staffed by people who've actually met Toyota's training benchmarks.

Walla Walla Toyota's Consecutive Wins: 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025

We've won the Toyota President's Award four years running: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. A single win can happen on a good year. Four in a row means the standards behind our sales process and our service department aren't a one-time push. They're how we operate by default. The Lum family's flagship dealership in Oregon has earned the Toyota President's Award multiple times as well, which tells us these standards run through how the family operates every store it owns, not just one team having a good stretch.

Lori Lum's Nomination for the 2025 TIME Dealer of the Year Award

Awards aren't only about dealership operations. Sometimes they recognize the person setting the tone from the top, and in 2025 that recognition reached our ownership.

About the TIME Dealer of the Year Nomination

Lori Lum, Dealer Principal of Lum's Auto Center in Warrenton, Ore., was named among the nominees for the 2025 TIME Dealer of the Year award, an honor sponsored by Ally Financial and recognized by TIME and NADA. The program celebrates franchised new-car dealers for both business performance and community service. Nominees are put forward by Automotive Trade Association Executives, and finalists are chosen by a panel from the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan.

Judging requires at least a five-year record of active participation in the nominee's state or local dealer association, a bar Lori Lum cleared through her service on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Automobile Dealers Association. The 2025 winner was announced Jan. 25 at NADA Show 2025 in New Orleans, and Ally donated $1,000 to each nominee's chosen 501(c)3 charity. Lori Lum didn't take home the win, but reaching that shortlist alone puts her among a small group of dealers nationally.

What Lori Lum's Oregon Nomination Means for Walla Walla Toyota

The nomination technically belongs to Lum's Auto Center in Oregon, not to our Walla Walla location directly. But Lori Lum is the same Dealer Principal whose family owns and operates Walla Walla Toyota, so the standards being recognized on a national stage are the same ones applied here. Her background reinforces that: she's a graduate of both the Chrysler Sons & Daughters Dealer Academy and the NADA Dealer Academy, where she served as president of her graduating class. When we describe our dealership as family-led with a national reputation behind it, this is a big part of why.

> "While our time has been relatively short in Walla Walla, we certainly feel deeply connected to this lively community and are proud to have grown alongside it, building lasting relationships and contributing to the town's unique spirit." — Lori Lum

Nominated for the 2026 Walla Walla Union-Bulletin Readers' Choice Awards

Closer to home, we've also been named among the nominees for the 2026 Walla Walla Union-Bulletin Readers' Choice Awards. Readers submit nominations and vote directly, with no judging panel involved, across more than 130 categories. Nominations ran July 6 through 24, the most-nominated businesses in each category advanced, and voting has now closed. As of publication, the winners haven't been announced yet, so this one is still open. Making the nomination round at all says something about how this community sees us. If you want to see what's currently on the lot while that vote plays out, you can browse our current inventory of family SUVs or check our used selection.

Additional Community Recognition

None of this happens in a vacuum. We invest in local organizations and programs with a focus on youth and education, along with health and wellness, because a dealership that's part of the community should act like it. Whether it's supporting a school program or a local health initiative, we treat community investment as an extension of the same commitment that drives our sales and service standards, not a separate marketing effort. If you'd like to experience that commitment firsthand, contact our team to set up a visit.

What These Awards and Nominations Say About Customer Care and Ethics

Customer Service Excellence Backed by Recognition

Four straight Toyota President's Awards don't happen without consistent execution on the sales floor and in the service bay. Combined with a 4.9 out of 5 CARFAX rating across verified reviews, the pattern is hard to dismiss as coincidence. When people research our reviews before deciding where to buy or service a vehicle, this is the kind of evidence we'd want them to find, coming from independent sources and repeated year after year.

Community Leadership and Ethical Business Practices

Recognition like this also speaks to how we operate off the sales floor. Our family history runs deep here. David Lum opened the original Lum's Toyota in Astoria, OR, in 1969, and the Lum family has operated Pacific Northwest dealerships for more than 50 years since. That tradition carried forward when the family purchased this location in 2021 and renamed it Walla Walla Toyota, previously known as McCurley Integrity Toyota. You can learn more about our dealership and the family story behind it if you want the full history.

Experience the Award-Winning Difference

Awards alone don't sell a vehicle or earn a service appointment. What they do is give you a reason to trust that the experience behind them is real. Four consecutive President's Awards, Lori Lum's national TIME Dealer of the Year nomination, and local recognition from both readers and independent evaluators all point to the same standard we hold ourselves to daily.

About Walla Walla Toyota: Local Roots, Local Team & Community Focus

Ask us about Walla Walla Toyota and you'll get more than a pitch about cars. You'll hear about the Walla Walla Valley and a promise that's held steady since 1969. We're a Toyota dealership in Walla Walla, Washington, but the people behind the counter are neighbors and parents who happen to sell and service vehicles for a living. If you've been wondering who's actually behind the name on the building, we'd like to introduce ourselves. Welcome to Walla Walla Toyota: A True Family-Owned Dealership Walla Walla Toyota is family-owned. There's no distant corporate chain calling the shots here, and that independence shapes how we greet customers and how we give back to the Valley we call home. Come find a dealership that remembers your name and understands what you actually need, not just another inventory listing. Our Story Under the Lum Family Our story starts long before we set foot in Walla Walla. Back in 1969, David Lum opened Lum's Toyota in Astoria, Oregon, with a simple mission: make every community member feel like family, and give every employee a place to grow. That mission traveled with the Lum family for decades, through the move from Astoria to Warrenton (where the store became Lum's Auto Center) and later to McMinnville, Oregon, with the addition of Lum's Buick GMC Cadillac in 2018. Lori Lum, who has spent more than 20 years with Lum's Auto Center and previously worked for Toyota Financial Services, often says her parents started in the car business over 50 years ago on the Oregon coast. We build on that heritage every single day. You can read more about our story on our about us page. Staying Independent and Locally Rooted In 2021, the Lum family purchased the dealership at 606 N Wilbur Ave, previously known as Abajian Toyota-Scion and later McCurley Integrity Toyota, and renamed it Walla Walla Toyota. Justin Teubner, our partner and general manager, ran the sales floor as general sales manager at Lum's Auto Center in Warrenton before making the move here. He's described Walla Walla County as small and almost identical to the community back home, calling it "pretty much a dream situation." As he puts it, "it started with a genuine desire to connect with the community." Roughly 30 employees stayed on through that transition. Browse our new inventory or explore our used inventory anytime to see what that continuity looks like in person. Meet the Dedicated Local Team A dealership is only as good as the people behind the counter and under the hood. We've built our team around that idea, and it shows in how customers are treated from the first hello. Friendly, Knowledgeable Sales Staff Our sales team walks first-time buyers through choosing the right vehicle and securing financing, aiming for a confident, stress-free experience every time. Whether someone is browsing inventory, requesting a quote, or ready to talk numbers, we're committed to exceeding expectations at every step. If financing questions come up, contacting our team is a good place to start. Trusted Toyota Service Technicians Our service department runs on Toyota-trained, certified technicians who handle oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, battery replacement, and full Toyota Factory Scheduled Maintenance. We use only Toyota Genuine Parts, and our parts team is on hand to help find the exact part needed, whether that's wiper blades, a cabin air filter, or a timing belt. While you wait, you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, fresh-baked cookies, a latte and cappuccino machine, comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi. You can schedule service or learn more on our service center page. Our Customer-First Business Philosophy Our philosophy comes down to one goal: making the buying and ownership experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. That commitment doesn't end at the sale. It carries through every oil change, every warranty question, and every visit for years afterward. Personalized Service for Every Driver We take time to understand what each driver actually needs instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. That might mean walking someone through our Certified Used Toyota vehicles, each of which is rigorously inspected and backed by warranty coverage, or simply answering questions honestly before they buy anything at all. Building Long-Term Relationships, Not Just Sales We'd rather see you back in five years for your next vehicle than never see you again after one transaction. Our team stays in touch, follows up after service visits, and treats every interaction as the start of a relationship rather than the end of a deal. This philosophy only works because so many of our team members have stayed with us for years. Committed to the Walla Walla Community Being part of the Walla Walla Valley means more to us than having an address here. We invest in the community with a real passion for youth, education, health, and wellness, and we try to show up where it counts. Supporting Local Schools and Youth Programs Every year, we take part in the Back-to-School Backpack Drive and Cuts for Kids, along with the Walla Walla Elks Lodge School Readiness program. On July 11th, we partnered with TLMODA, the Toyota Lexus Minority Owners Dealer Association, and the Salvation Army to fill 100 backpacks with supplies, which we handed out free to local students getting ready for the school year. Year-Round Support for Local Families Our partnership with the Salvation Army goes back years and reaches well beyond the school season. Together we've run a Day of Service each spring break, when families lose access to school breakfast and lunch, packing grocery boxes with a week's worth of food for a family of four and loading them straight into cars at a drive-up event. We've also pitched in on Thanksgiving meal distributions. Partnering with Regional Nonprofits and Events We also partnered with the Walla Walla Police Foundation on a fundraiser around Jelly Roll's sold-out July 2026 show at Wine Country Amphitheater. We bought 300 general admission tickets at cost and the Foundation sold them locally, with $60 from every ticket going straight to public safety and community programs. We accept sponsorship and donation requests from local organizations year-round, though we ask that requests come in at least four weeks ahead of the event since anything submitted after that window can't be considered. Why Local Drivers Trust Walla Walla Toyota Drivers across the Valley trust us because we've earned it, one interaction at a time. Justin Teubner said it best: "we know it starts with trust." That trust is why roughly 30 employees stayed through our ownership change, and why customers keep coming back year after year. We serve drivers throughout Walla Walla, College Place, and Milton-Freewater, and we take that regional responsibility seriously. Wherever someone calls home in the Valley, we want them to find a dealership that feels like it belongs to their community. Because it does. Experience the Walla Walla Toyota Difference Today The difference shows up in small moments: a technician who takes the time to remember your name, a salesperson who won't rush you through a decision, a backpack drive that puts kids ahead of business. It's how we operate every day at 606 N Wilbur Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362. Visit, Call, or Contact Our Friendly Team We'd love to meet you in person. Stop by, give us a call at 509-525-1920, or contact us online anytime. Our sales team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while our service department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Whatever brings you in, whether it's your first Toyota or your fifth, we're glad to have you as part of the Walla Walla Toyota family.

Why Buy From Walla Walla Toyota: Local Value, Selection & Support

Car shopping shouldn't feel like a guessing game. That's why so many drivers across the Walla Walla Valley ask why buy from Walla Walla Toyota instead of driving further out of town. The answer comes down to a few things you can't fake: honest pricing, an inventory big enough that you'll actually find something you want, and a service team that sticks around long after the sale. If you're ready to see what's on the lot, you can explore our new Toyota lineup right now, or keep reading to understand what sets us apart. Why Buy From Walla Walla Toyota: A Local Advantage We're your neighbors, and that shapes how we run this dealership. It shows up in the sales conversations we have and in how we treat every car that rolls into the service bay. Locally Owned, Community-Committed Since Day One The Lum Family joined the Walla Walla Valley community in May 2021, purchasing what was previously McCurley Integrity Toyota and giving it a new name: Walla Walla Toyota. Justin Teubner relocated to town as part of that transition, bringing hands-on leadership to the dealership floor. The Lum name in the car business goes back much further than that, though. David Lum opened the family's first dealership in Astoria, Oregon, in 1969, and the family has now run dealerships for more than 50 years. Today, David and Shirley Lum's three daughters, Lori, Julie, and Pam, lead the business, carrying forward their parents' original mission of building trust one customer at a time. Customers often come away impressed by how personal the experience feels, even now. We also back that commitment with real involvement in the area, sponsoring and donating to non-profits, youth programs, and education and wellness causes throughout Walla Walla, College Place, and Milton-Freewater. Transparent, Honest Pricing You Can Count On Nobody enjoys feeling like they're being worked over at a dealership. We built our pricing approach around removing that anxiety entirely. No-Hassle Pricing Practices We lay out costs plainly from the start of the conversation. Unlike dealerships that add hidden fees or spring surprises at the finance desk, we keep pricing visible so you can make a decision with confidence, not pressure. That honesty is part of why customers keep coming back and why so many reviews mention feeling respected throughout the process. Trade-In Value and Online Pricing Tools You don't have to wait until you're standing on our lot to get answers. Our online tools let you estimate your trade-in value and run through payment scenarios whenever it's convenient for you. It's a small convenience that makes a big difference when you're trying to plan a budget before you ever talk numbers in person. Extensive New and Used Toyota Inventory Whether you're after the latest Toyota lineup or a dependable used car, our lot is built to cover a wide range of needs and budgets. New Toyota Cars, Trucks, and SUVs Our new vehicle lineup includes the RAV4, Tacoma, Camry, and Corolla, along with many hybrid options for drivers who want better efficiency without sacrificing capability. Toyota builds in the safety and technology features that make these models popular across the Pacific Northwest, and you can browse the current selection anytime. Quality Pre-Owned and Certified Used Vehicles If you're shopping for a used car, our pre-owned inventory goes through careful inspection before it reaches the lot. For extra assurance, our Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) program includes a 160-point quality inspection, a 12-month/12,000-mile limited comprehensive warranty, a 7-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, 7-year/100,000-mile roadside assistance, and a CARFAX vehicle history report. Standard new-car financing rates apply to certified vehicles as well, which makes stepping into a TCUV model an easier decision. Here's a quick look at how our vehicle categories generally compare: Category Typical Use Case Drivetrain Options Cargo Considerations New Sedans (Camry, Corolla) Daily commuting, fuel efficiency FWD, available AWD on some trims Moderate trunk space New Trucks (Tacoma) Work, towing, off-road use RWD, 4WD Bed capacity varies by configuration New SUVs (RAV4) Family use, versatility FWD, AWD Expandable cargo area Certified Pre-Owned Buyers wanting warranty-backed reliability Varies by model Varies by model Used Vehicles Budget-conscious buyers Varies by model Varies by model You can visit our Walla Walla Toyota showroom to see specific options in person, or browse our pre-owned inventory and certified pre-owned selection online first. Financing Solutions for Every Buyer Getting approved for a vehicle shouldn't feel like an uphill battle, and we work hard to make sure it isn't. Flexible Loan and Lease Programs We offer a mix of loan and lease programs designed to fit different budgets and driving habits. Whether you want to own your Toyota outright or prefer the flexibility of a lease, our team walks you through the options so you understand exactly what you're signing up for. Support for All Credit Backgrounds Our finance team works with a network of both local and national lenders, which means we can support buyers across a wide range of credit backgrounds. We can't promise a specific approval outcome, but we can promise a straightforward process. Our free online credit application, along with digital tools for monthly payment estimates and pre-approval from home, lets you get a head start before you ever step foot on the lot. Explore your financing options anytime. Comprehensive Post-Sale Service and Support Buying the vehicle is just the beginning. What happens after the sale is where a lot of dealerships fall short, and it's where we put the most effort. Certified Technicians and Genuine Toyota Parts Our service department is staffed by factory-trained, certified technicians who know Toyota vehicles inside and out. We use genuine OEM parts on every repair. Parts built to Toyota's original specifications help preserve the reliability your vehicle was engineered for, and they protect resale value down the road. Our team handles routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations right alongside bigger jobs like brake repairs and battery replacements, with the same attention to detail either way. Drivers throughout Walla Walla, College Place, and Milton-Freewater rely on our service department for that reason. We've also tried to make the waiting part more pleasant. Our service lounge has coffee, water, fresh-baked cookies, a latte and cappuccino machine, comfortable seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi, so the time you spend with us doesn't feel wasted. Long-Term Maintenance Plans and Peace of Mind Qualifying new Toyota models come with ToyotaCare, which covers normal factory-scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, plus 24-hour roadside assistance for 2 years with unlimited miles. That kind of coverage takes a lot of the guesswork out of vehicle ownership in those early years. If you're due for maintenance now, you can schedule a service appointment or learn more about our service center. Building Lasting Relationships With Walla Walla Drivers A single sale doesn't define our relationship with a customer. We measure success by whether people come back years later, still driving the vehicle we sold them. Personalized, Pressure-Free Buying Experience We keep the buying process relaxed and informative rather than rushed. You get straight answers, plenty of time to think things over, and a team that respects your pace. That kind of experience tends to earn the trust that turns into referrals and repeat visits. A Trusted Name in the Walla Walla Community Verified customers rate us 4.9 out of 5 stars across 30+ reviews on CARFAX. People consistently mention attentive staff, clear communication, and salespeople who are honest and flexible to work with. That feedback lines up with what we hear in person every day, and it's part of why so many people in the region come to us when they're ready to buy, rather than settling for whatever is closest. Start Your Journey With Walla Walla Toyota Today Honest pricing, a wide selection of new and certified pre-owned Toyota vehicles, and a service team that genuinely knows these cars, that's a hard combination to find, and it's what our customers count on year after year. Browse Inventory or Schedule Your Test Drive Stop by our location at 606 N Wilbur Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362, or reach us at 509-525-1920. Custom Toyota Accessories in Walla Walla: OEM Parts for Trucks, SUVs & More

Your Toyota was built with intention, and the right accessories should be too. Whether you drive a Tacoma through the Blue Mountains or a Highlander across town with a full load of family gear, what you add to your vehicle matters just as much as the vehicle itself. At Walla Walla Toyota, our parts department stocks a solid selection of genuine accessories designed to match your lifestyle and keep your vehicle in top shape. Submit an online parts order form to get started, or read on for a closer look at what's available for your model. Genuine Toyota accessories cover far more ground than most drivers expect, including rugged truck components, everyday comfort upgrades for SUVs, and everything in between. Keep reading to see why OEM is worth choosing and what's available right here in Walla Walla. Why OEM Toyota Accessories Outperform Aftermarket Alternatives Choosing between genuine Toyota parts and aftermarket alternatives affects your vehicle long after the purchase. Genuine accessories are developed specifically for each model, whereas aftermarket alternatives approximate fitment across multiple vehicles. That difference shows up in ways that matter. Precision Fitment That Aftermarket Parts Can't Match Every genuine Toyota accessory is developed alongside the vehicle it's designed for, using the same specifications and tolerances built into the original. The accessory installs cleanly, sits flush, and functions exactly as intended. Aftermarket parts often require modifications to achieve basic fitment, introducing weak points that cause problems over time. When you order through our parts department, you're getting a component built specifically for your trim level, model year, and configuration. That precision matters whether you're adding a bed liner to a Tundra or roof rails to a RAV4. Superior Material Durability and Factory-Grade Standards Genuine Toyota accessories meet the same quality thresholds Toyota applies to the vehicle itself. That includes UV-resistant plastics and corrosion-treated metals, all cleared through Toyota's internal testing before approval. Aftermarket options vary considerably, and it's difficult to assess durability before a product has been tested in real conditions. For truck owners, this distinction matters when accessories face cargo, weather, and demanding roads. Warranty Integration That Protects Your Investment One of the clearest advantages of genuine parts is warranty compatibility. Genuine Toyota accessories purchased at the time of vehicle purchase are covered for 36 months or 36,000 miles. Accessories purchased after the sale are covered for 12 months regardless of mileage, or the remainder of any applicable new vehicle warranty, whichever provides greater coverage. We encourage you to confirm current details with our parts department, but this built-in protection is something most aftermarket parts simply can't offer. Installing certain aftermarket modifications can also void portions of your factory warranty, an outcome easily avoided by purchasing genuine accessories from an authorized dealer. Popular Toyota Accessories for Trucks: Tacoma and Tundra Upgrades Truck owners tend to be hands-on with their vehicles, and our accessories catalog for the Tacoma and Tundra reflects that. Whether you need working-truck functionality or weekend adventure capability, there are purpose-built options for both. Bed Liners, Tonneau Covers, and Cargo Solutions The truck bed is the most used and most exposed part of any work truck. A custom-fit bed liner protects the surface from scratches and corrosion caused by hauling tools, equipment, or gear. Genuine bed liners for the Tacoma and Tundra match the bed dimensions exactly, eliminating the gaps and shifting that come with universal-fit options. Tonneau covers improve aerodynamics while securing cargo from weather and theft. Cargo organizers and storage boxes also help drivers maximize usable space, whether they're heading to a job site or loading up for a camping trip. Roof Racks, Tie-Down Systems, and Exterior Add-Ons Roof racks and tie-down rail systems expand carrying capacity significantly, letting you transport kayaks, lumber, or oversized gear. These systems are designed to integrate with the vehicle's existing roof rails and mounting hardware, providing a secure fit without modifying the vehicle's structure. Running boards make cab entry easier in lifted configurations, while grille guards add front-end protection for drivers who frequently travel unpaved roads. These additions change how the truck looks and how it works, which matters to Tacoma and Tundra owners alike. All-Weather Floor Mats and Interior Protection All-weather floor mats trap mud and water before they reach the carpet, clean easily, and hold their shape over years of use. Cargo tray liners and door sill protectors carry that same protection throughout the cab. For truck owners who use their vehicles hard, keeping the interior in good condition connects directly to resale value. Top Toyota Accessories for SUVs: 4Runner, RAV4, Highlander, and More SUV owners have different priorities than truck owners, and the genuine accessories available for the 4Runner, RAV4, Highlander, and Sequoia reflect that. These vehicles get used on off-road trails, family road trips, and everything in between, and the accessory options are built accordingly. Adventure and Overland Gear for Off-Road Capability The 4Runner is a purpose-built off-road SUV, and we carry accessories to match. Skid plates protect the underbody on rocky terrain. Roof-mounted light bars improve visibility on dark trails. TRD off-road suspension lift kits raise ground clearance and are engineered to work with the 4Runner's existing structure. These are Toyota-engineered components developed to work with the 4Runner's structure and electronics, so they install cleanly and perform as intended from day one. Ready to equip your truck or SUV? Browse compatible accessories to see exactly what fits your model, then reach out to our parts team at (509) 525-1920. Family Utility and Everyday Comfort Highlander accessories lean toward practicality. Roof-mounted cargo carriers add meaningful storage for road trips without sacrificing interior space, while third-row cargo organizers keep luggage separated and accessible. Rear-seat entertainment systems integrate directly with the vehicle's wiring and control interfaces. For everyday use, weather-resistant floor mats and custom-fit sunshades protect the interior from wear and UV damage. TRD Performance Parts and Off-Road Accessories TRD performance parts represent some of the most credible Toyota upgrades available. Engineered by Toyota Racing Development, these parts improve handling and capability without disrupting the balance Toyota established during development. Suspension upgrades improve both on-road handling and off-road articulation, making them useful across different use cases. Cold air intakes and performance exhaust systems are also part of the TRD catalog, each designed and tested to meet Toyota's quality standards. F or Tacoma owners looking for genuine performance upgrades, TRD is the most reliable path. These parts also hold up well at resale time; a vehicle equipped with factory TRD components is far easier to value and verify than one modified with unverified aftermarket parts. How Genuine Toyota Accessories Protect Resale Value Resale value is shaped by buyer perception, and buyers respond well to vehicles with documented, genuine accessories. When a potential buyer sees an OEM bed liner, TRD suspension, or factory floor mats still in place, it signals that the previous owner took vehicle care seriously. That perception translates into stronger offers and faster sales. Aftermarket parts that are poorly installed or visibly degraded raise questions about what else may have been done to the vehicle. Buyers price in uncertainty, which works against sellers. Choosing genuine Toyota accessories from the start removes that uncertainty and preserves your warranty coverage throughout ownership. How to Order Toyota Accessories at Walla Walla Toyota Getting started with Toyota accessories, online or in person, is a straightforward process.
